SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY Delivery Logistics To provide you with the widest selection of premium lighting, we dispatch orders from multiple specialized warehouses across South Africa using trusted courier partners. Because our fixtures vary greatly in size and origin, shipping is calculated per item at checkout based on your specific location. Please note: If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive in distinct deliveries. This ensures that each piece is dispatched as quickly as possible from its respective warehouse. Estimated Delivery Times We do everything in our power to ensure your lighting arrives on schedule. However, delivery timeframes are provided in good faith and may occasionally be subject to courier schedules or logistical factors outside of our direct control. Major Centres (JHB, CPT, DUR, PTA): 2–5 business days Outlying & Rural Areas: 5–10 business days Oversized, Bespoke, or Special Freight Items: 10–15 business days Tracking Your Order The moment your order—or any individual part of it—leaves our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch notification and tracking link via email, allowing you to follow its journey to your door or site. Stock Availability In the rare event that an item you ordered is delayed or becomes unavailable, our team will contact you immediately. We will work closely with you to source a suitable, in-stock alternative, or we will gladly arrange a store credit or a full refund (processed within 10 business days). Receiving Your Order & Returns We take great care in packaging our fixtures for safe transit, but we ask that you inspect your items immediately upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, or if you need to initiate a standard return, please reach out to our team at returns@reo.co.za and we will resolve the issue swiftly.
